As much as we all know how crazy I am about these election results…I am so thrilled to see the voter turn out numbers.  This is an amazingly important election and I am so happy to see these record numbers of people who showed up to vote.  It gives me a little faith that people are are actually paying attention to what is going on in this country…and that they are not just going to sit back and let someone else decide their fate. 

The news presenters are not kidding when they say that “The World is Watching” this election…and I’m glad that a much larger precentage of my countrymen showed up and voted…so even if we disagree (and even if you’re going to loose)….thank you.  Thank you for showing up to vote and thank you for showing the rest of the world that Americans are not the apathetic bunch they take us for.

You already know we’re going to get CA…..I’m not going to say it yet….BUT…..I have a feeling that I’m going to be happily watching President Elect OBAMA making his acceptance speech in Grant Park tonight!!!!  I cannot tell you how long I have waiting for something like this! 

Also, watching that crazy bitch, Sarah Palin, NOT wake up as the VP Elect, despite her “Praying she wakes up tomorrow as the VP Elect and can start getting to work for this country”…..is worth damn near ANYTHING!!!
